GIE utilizes industry standard project management software such as Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Project, as well as custom database applications for budget and cost control, production control and productivity assessment. Our electronic materials management system supports the entire procurement cycle from material identification through final delivery and reconciliation.

A unique feature of our project management system is a project intranet platform which we developed to provide current project information with access by GIE and client team members and management from home office and remote office and field locations. This provides customized web based reporting on a daily basis which is secure and functional and can be accessed anywhere the internet is available.
