A Pipeline Integrity Management Program should reflect workable and effective processes that are clearly understood by all affected parties. Several existing processes can be incorporated into the Program, while others may need to be developed or modified. Our goal is to ensure the Program accurately reflects how work is performed and how decisions are made.
An integral part of Program Development is meeting with key personnel to thoroughly understand existing workflow and decision-making processes. These processes are then reviewed in detail to ensure compliance with existing regulations and to consider other industry best practices.
